AdBuildr Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AdBuildr (ADS Builders and Co)'s services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

AdBuildr (ADS Builders and Co) provides professional construction services including but not limited to:

• Residential construction and renovation
• Commercial building projects
• Project management and consultation
• Construction planning and design assistance
• Quality assurance and inspection services

3. Project Agreements

All construction projects are subject to separate written agreements that will include:

• Detailed project specifications and scope of work
• Timeline and completion dates
• Payment terms and schedule
• Warranty and guarantee terms
• Change order procedures
• Dispute resolution processes

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Initial deposit required before project commencement
• Progress payments based on project milestones
• Final payment due upon project completion and client approval
• Late payment fees may apply as specified in project agreement
• All prices are subject to change without notice until project agreement is signed

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Construction Pro provides the following warranties:

• Workmanship warranty for a period specified in project agreement
• Materials warranty as provided by manufacturers
• Compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations
• Professional liability insurance coverage

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
• Providing access to the construction site
• Timely payment according to agreed terms
• Providing accurate project specifications and requirements
• Coordinating with other contractors if applicable
• Maintaining adequate insurance coverage

7. Change Orders

Any changes to the original project scope must be documented in writing and approved by both parties. Change orders may affect project timeline and cost. Additional charges will apply for approved changes.

8. Force Majeure

Construction Pro shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.

9. Limitation of Liability

AdBuildr's liability is limited to the total contract value of the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is covered by professional liability insurance as specified in project agreements.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between parties
• Mediation if negotiations fail
• Binding arbitration as a final resort
• Jurisdiction in the state where services are performed

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and specifications created by AdBuildr remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Clients may use these materials for their specific project but may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice. Termination terms, including payment for work completed and materials ordered, will be specified in the project agreement.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina, where AdBuildr operates. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate courts of North Carolina.

14. Modifications

AdBuildr reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all future projects. Existing project agreements remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of signing.
